Zeely AI is a subscription app from Zeely, Inc. that makes image ads, video ads and AI avatar videos for small businesses, and can launch them as Meta ad campaigns. Plans on its pricing page run from $29.95 to $79.95 a month, checked October 2026, plus a 12% fee on ad spend for campaigns run through Zeely.
This review is built only from what Zeely publishes: its pricing page, terms, refund policy and help centre, all opened on 28 October 2026, plus the public ratings on Trustpilot and the app stores on the same day. We have not used Zeely, so this is a published-facts review, not a hands-on test. Where Zeely's own pages disagree with each other, we show both.
The short verdict
Zeely may suit you if you want one app that makes ads from a product page and also launches them on Meta for you, you are comfortable paying a percentage of your ad spend for that, and you will put the renewal date in your calendar on the day you sign up.
Look elsewhere if you mainly want organic posts rather than paid ads, you prefer to run ads in Meta Ads Manager yourself, or you need a refund-friendly purchase. Zeely's refund policy says payments are generally non-refundable.
What Zeely makes
Zeely describes itself as "the agentic AI platform for creating, launching and scaling paid ads" on its About page. From its own pages, the main outputs are:
- Image ads. Static ads from your product photo, a template or a prompt, with an "ad clone" tool that recreates an existing ad for your brand and a variations tool for testing (Zeely home page).
- Video ads. Videos built from a product photo, a product link or a prompt. Its URL to video page says it pulls images, price, title and description from a product page, and lists "150+ avatars" for talking-head ads.
- AI avatars. A custom avatar or "AI twin", and talking-head videos made from slides (Zeely home page).
- Organic content. Recreated trending TikTok and Instagram videos, carousel posts, and social posting and scheduling (Zeely home page).
- Paid campaigns. Bulk Meta ad launches, rules to automate ad performance, creative analytics and a library of competitor ads (Zeely home page).
Zeely says one plan gives access to "30+ AI models", naming Kling, Seedance, Veo, Nano Banana and ElevenLabs among them (Zeely home page).
How you start in Zeely
Zeely's getting started guide says "everything you create in Zeely starts with something you want to promote." You either import a product by pasting a product page link, or add it by hand with a name, description, photos and price. Zeely's product import guide recommends a single-product page rather than a shop homepage. Separately, you set up a "Brand DNA" profile by uploading your logo and choosing colours, fonts, tone of voice and words to avoid (Brand DNA guide). After that you can start from templates, references or a prompt in its Playground.
Zeely pricing, checked October 2026
Zeely's prices depend on where you buy and whether you are on an introductory plan. Here is what each of its own pages showed on 28 October 2026.
Plans on the website
| Plan | Price shown | Struck-through price | Credits | What the page marks as included | Source, checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29.95 a month | $49.95 | 2,500 | Video ads, edit-ready templates, paid and viral campaigns | Zeely pricing, 28 Oct 2026 |
| Plus | $49.95 a month | $89.95 | 5,000 | Starter, plus talking reels, prompt to ad, brand-inspired remix | Zeely pricing, 28 Oct 2026 |
| Growth | $79.95 a month | $149.95 | 10,000 | Everything, including batch static ads, avatar customisation, image enhancer, priority support | Zeely pricing, 28 Oct 2026 |
Each plan is marked "Available only on the site." The same page's FAQ says plans start "at $19.99 per month," come in "monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and weekly" durations, and that "plans available in the app and on the website may vary" (Zeely pricing). We saw prices in US dollars only, so we cannot confirm what UK or Canadian visitors see on the website.
Intro plans
Zeely's help centre describes paid intro plans "that give you full access to the platform before you commit to a full subscription": 2 weeks for $19.95, 4 weeks for $29.95 and 8 weeks for $49.95. When the intro plan ends, "your account will automatically move to the Growth plan at $79.95 per month" unless you cancel or switch to a smaller plan first (Zeely intro plan article).
The intro prices match the Starter and Plus prices on the pricing page, which is easy to misread. Before paying, check whether the screen says per month or per 2, 4 or 8 weeks, and which plan it renews into.
App store prices
Buying inside the mobile app gives a different price list. These are the in-app purchases each App Store listing showed on 28 October 2026:
| Item | US | UK | Canada |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-week plan | $19.99 | £19.99 | CA$24.99 |
| 1-month plan | $59.99 | £59.99 | CA$79.99 |
| 3-month plan | $119.99 | £119.99 | CA$149.99 |
| 1-year plan | $199.99 | £199.99 | CA$249.99 |
| 100 credits | $9.99 | £9.99 | CA$12.99 |
Sources: App Store listings for US, UK and Canada, checked 28 October 2026. The US list also shows a 2-month plan at $85.99 and a 3-day plan at $19.99.
Credits
Credits pay for every generation, edit and regeneration, and the app shows the cost on each button before you generate. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle; extra credits you buy stay in your balance at renewal. If you cancel, unused plan and extra credits expire at the end of the billing period, and a failed generation is refunded in credits automatically (Zeely credits article). Zeely does not publish a per-image or per-video credit table that we could find.
The fee on ad spend
If you launch paid Meta campaigns through Zeely, "the fee is 12% of your ad spend," on top of the budget that goes to Meta. A paid add-on called Booster cuts it to 6% (Zeely service fee article). Booster is billed once a year; Zeely's Booster article shows it at $39.95 and says it also doubles plan credits. Zeely's terms (section 4.14) add that ads launched through the app send clicks to a pre-landing page Zeely generates, and that campaign data counts visits to that page, not to your store.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Zeely's terms are clear on the mechanics, and they are worth reading before you pay.
- It renews automatically. "Your credit card will be automatically charged on each renewal date unless you cancel beforehand" (Subscription & Refund Policy, section 1.1).
- Discounted first periods renew at the full price. A promotional first period continues "at the standard rate" afterwards (policy, section 1.6; renewal price article).
- Cancel at least 24 hours early. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before renewal "may not stop the upcoming charge" (auto-renewal article).
- How to cancel on the web: Account settings, Subscription & payments, then Cancel subscription (cancellation guide). You can also email support@zeely.app. App Store subscriptions are cancelled through Apple.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription (terms, sections 5 and 15.3).
- Pausing is possible. Support can pause a subscription for up to 60 days with no charges, after which it resumes (pause article).
- Refunds are the exception. "Except as otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law, your payment is nonrefundable." Zeely gives refunds where a US state's law requires one, or at its own discretion, and requests must arrive within 120 days of a card payment or 180 days of a PayPal payment (policy, section 2).
None of this is unusual for a subscription app. The practical risk is the gap between a low first payment and a higher renewal, which is the pattern many unhappy reviewers describe below.
