About Synthopia

Synthopia is marketing software for owner-run consumer brands. It is built by people who have had to do the job it does, which is the only reason it makes the choices it makes.

Who writes this

Eshlok Sharma, founder, synthopia. Ex VP of marketing for Noon Food, now running four cafés and two hotels across the UAE, Thailand and India.

That is the whole credential and it is the reason the writing on this site is specific. Advice about restaurant marketing is easy to generate and hard to get right, and the difference usually shows up in the details: what a delivery platform actually charges, which week of Ramadan bookings move, why a photograph of a dish you do not serve is a problem rather than a shortcut. Those are operating facts, not research.

Every article on this site is written under that byline, and the numbers in them are sourced and dated. Where a figure comes from a vendor, the vendor’s own page is linked and the date it was checked is on the page. Where we could not verify something, it says so rather than rounding into a claim.

What Synthopia does

Synthopia reads a brand's website or Instagram (its photos, logo, colours and tone of voice) and turns it into finished marketing: social posts, reels, Meta ads, UGC videos, Google Business posts and a social calendar, built only for the channels the brand switches on. Nothing posts until the brand approves it; approved posts go out from the app, or the brand downloads them and posts by hand.

The founding rule is about your real things. Your product photos and your space are references the engine must honour, never raw material to reinvent, and your logo is placed exactly as uploaded. If we cannot build it from your real assets, we do not build it. Image models draw a plausible dish or a plausible dress, and plausible is exactly wrong when a customer can order it.

Where a video needs a person, a UGC video puts a generated creator with your real product in a fifteen-second video, labelled as AI by default. The person is generated; the product is yours.

What we publish

  • The blog: comparisons, costs and craft for owner-run restaurants and consumer brands. Prices sourced and dated.
  • Comparisons: how Synthopia sits against the alternatives, including where an alternative is the better answer.
  • The occasion calendar: what to run, when, market by market.
  • The Synthopia F&B Index, a snapshot of 5,321 Dubai food and drink outlets collected on 2026-07-02: their public Google Business listings, plus an Instagram sub-sample of the 683 accounts we could read. Published with its methodology and its limits, and free to cite with attribution.

Where we are

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving brands in the US, the UK, Australia and the UAE. Each market carries its own occasion calendar inside the engine rather than bolted on per city, which is a consequence of where it was built.

Press, corrections or anything factual on this site: hello@synthopia.ai. If we have a number wrong, say so and we will fix it and date the fix.
