What the service does

Synthopia turns photographs and information you provide into marketing creative: images, video, captions and posts. You choose what to generate, you review it, and you decide what to publish.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your login secure, and be old enough to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your teammates do.

Credits

New accounts receive 60 credits at signup, with no card required. Credits are spent when you choose to generate an asset, and they do not expire while your account is open.

If a generation fails outright we return the credits it consumed. Credits are not returned because you dislike a result. A generation that completes has been produced and paid for, whether or not you choose to use it.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are Spark at $39 a month for 400 credits, Momentum at $99 a month for 1150 credits, Engine at $249 a month for 3100 credits. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are exclusive of any tax we are required to collect.

Refunds

Every plan comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Email eshlok@synthopia.ai within 60 days and we refund you in full. Your assets and any campaigns you generated stay yours.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of the photographs, logos, text and brand material you upload. You give us permission to store that material and to pass it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, for the sole purpose of producing what you asked for and running your account.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, including any rights in photographs taken by someone else and any permission needed for people who appear in them.

What the service produces

Assets generated for you are yours to use commercially, including after you cancel.

This creative is produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, that a similar image will not be produced for someone else, or that output is free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, in particular claims about price, availability, offers and ingredients.

How you may not use it

• To produce anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing.
• To impersonate a business or person you do not represent, or to upload a brand you have no right to use.
• To resell the service as your own, or to extract it in bulk by automated means.
• To attempt to break, overload or circumvent the limits of the service.

Accounts you connect

If you connect a social account we publish only what you tell us to publish. Those platforms have their own terms, and they can change or withdraw access at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions about your account.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you rely on materially, we will tell you.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and cannot exclude.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first.

When an account closes you can export your assets. We keep data afterwards only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
